The Office of CGPDTM has invited parties who have already settled their TM opposition and rectification cases amicably to report to the respective Trademarks Registry (TMR) for formal settlement of dispute before theTM Registry. The concerned parties are required to register themselves for settlement before the TM Registry along with submission of settlement letter and withdrawal request along with supporting documents through the belowlink (which shall be active from August 2, 2022 to October 2, 2022) for formal disposal by the respective TM Registry.

The concerned parties in pending TM opposition or rectification cases,wherein the parties have not arrived at an amicable settlement, are alsoinvited to settle their disputes utilizing various alternate mechanisms for dispute resolutions.
