The Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) launches ‘Innovative Scheme’ aiming to act as a hub for innovative activities, besides facilitating and guiding development of ideas into viable business propositions. The scheme also provides financial assistance to the registered MSMEs for innovation, design and Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) protection. In particular, the scheme is envisioned to enhance awareness of IPR among MSMEs and take suitable measures for the protection of ideas, technological innovation and knowledge-driven business strategies.
