A duly executed power of authorization/ attorneyor form for authorization (under Form-26) shall accompany request for early publication (under Form-9) for patent application(s) filed and represented by patent agent(s)/ attorney(s)/ such person(s) as per the Patents Act, 1970/ Non-filing of the same shall lead to no action in such request till the deficiency is removed.
